Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that uses light touch to support your nervous system, originating from the practice of Osteopathy

Osteopathic Medicine is based on the principle that the body has an inherent healing capacity and can heal itself if restrictions are removed. It also considers the mind and spirit as essential components of a person’s health.

As your nervous system calms, your body's intricate systems can function as they are naturally designed to, supporting repair, restoration, and a return to homeostasis. This innate ability to heal reflects the body’s ongoing pursuit of balance and good health.

During a session, I tune into the subtle rhythmic motions of the Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) around the head, spine, and pelvis. The free and balanced movement of these rhythms supports overall well-being and vitality throughout the body
