Client Confidentiality: All client information and session details are kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Data Storage: Client records are securely stored digitally (encrypted) or physically (locked storage) and retained for 7 years, after your last session, as required by law.
Data Use: Personal data is used solely for session planning, communication, and administrative purposes. It will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where there is a legal obligation or duty of care to protect the client or others from harm.
Your Rights: You have the right to access your personal data.
Cancellations & Refunds: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid paying for session.
Payment Terms: Payments are to be made when you book your appointment.
